- Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellations will not be entertained if the order is already in the process of shipping.
Refund Policy:

- If you are unsatisfied with the product received, please contact our Customer Care team at 1800 123 5001 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) or email us at info@femmora.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on innerwear.
- Returns on outerwear are accepted if the following criteria are met:
- The product(s) must be purchased from www.femmora.com and not from any other retailer, online or offline.
- The return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product(s) should be unused (except for a fit trial) and unwashed.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
- All tags and original packaging must remain intact and be sent along with the product(s).
- The original invoice must be returned with the product(s).
- The product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
