Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Free delivery on all orders above ₹500. Only ₹60 shipping for orders below ₹500.
Orders are dispatched within 72 working hours of confirmation, with email/SMS notification.
Standard delivery in 4–5 working days. Remote locations may take up to 10 days.
Shipping Charges
All delivery are free if the single order value is more than Rs. 500/-. For orders below Rs. 500/-, we will charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 60/-. Upon confirmation of your order, we will arrange your product(s) to be dispatched by a courier within 72 working hours. We shall also send out a notification email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time & Complaints
The estimated time of delivery of your order will be 4-5 working days depending upon the location. In case of a location which is not in our courier list, it will take a minimum of 10 days.
If you have a complaint about any product or have received a damaged item, please record an uncut video of the unboxing process after the delivery to ensure a smooth return process.
